The trucking firm admitted the driver’s negligence but disputed the severity of the brothers’ claimed injuries, including the traumatic brain injury Michael Lennig claimed rendered him unable to perform his former duties as a motorcycle police officer.    The witness: Michael Lennig   Synopsis: Panish questions Lennig on his impressions at the accident scene, as well as the mental and physical fallout from the collision. Lennig details the PTSD he suffers, his memory problems from his traumatic brain injury, and how they affect his time with his wife and son.
